In regards of dimensions polyscale covers a wide range of possible parameters. Foil solutions are based on 125-500μm thick plastic foil. Light guide plates start from 500μm and go up to 6mm. The thickness is mostly based on two parameters: The applied LEDs and their size as well as the size of the final illuminated surface influence the thickness of the light guide. Out of the may combinations possible the optimized solution for the respective application will be calculated.
But even with those boundaries due to the very efficient technology and the sophisitcated microstructures polyscale provides a much higher flexibility than common technologies.
From production side the maximum size of the light guides is 1 x 2 m².
