LCD backlighting

The technical demands for LCD backlighting solutions are immense. Often a compromise in regards of energy efficiency, thickness and weight applies to reach the necessary values. On the other hand very high demands on cost efficiency arise from customers side.
The high efficient light guide plates and foils form polyscale allow an optimization of the mentioned parameters. Due to the high efficacy and minimized divergence loss defined values can be reached with less energy consumption (battery life) or optimized dimensions (thickness/weight). This effects the production and operating costs in favour of all participants.
